Before the match, every Wolves fan knew they had to win to clinch promotion, but they also knew it wasn’t going to be easy, as QPR were chasing play-off positions.

So the game started and the noise coming from the home crowd was tremendous. They knew it was a big game. Both sides came close with shots easily being saved. It was then at the stroke of half-time Matt Jarvis’s corner came of the bar. That really scared QPR’S defence.

Then at last it came. Yes. Just minutes into the 2nd half Wolves took the lead. QPR ‘s Defender Stewart lost the ball which fell to Andy Keogh, Who managed to get a pass into Sylvan Ebanks-blake. He had no problems of tucking it into the empty net. But just minutes later QPR’s Striker Vine, Almost Equalized for the visitors.

Wolves were now just 4 minutes away from returning to the Premiership. Marlon Harewood (Came on for the goal Scorer Ebanks-Blake) Was trying to take on 4 defenders at once, until he was halted by the full time whistle.

So, Wolves fans invaded the pitch, as they celebrated a return to the Premiership. But they have to wait for the title to be theirs.The End.
