The £250,000 signing of Rangers' striker Alan Gow will be completed today, subject to a medical.

Gow is likely to make his debut for the Championship leaders on Saturday against Preston.

He made just two appearances for Rangers after his move from Falkirk in 2007.

His agent Phil McTaggart said: "Alan is the kind of player fans pay to watch. The ball sticks to his feet."
